She holds an advanced degree in reading and literacy education and earned her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Texas Tech University. She is also licensed as a School Psychologist.

Dr. Moore provides comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments that offer a nuanced understanding of a child’s cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Her evaluations assess areas such as learning abilities, attention and executive functioning, language and communication, memory, processing speed, and emotional regulation. By integrating neuropsychological measures, she helps clarify complex presentations—such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, and learning disorders like dyslexia—and delivers tailored, actionable recommendations for school, home, and therapy settings.

In addition to her assessment work, Dr. Moore is certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), a gold-standard treatment for young children with emotional and behavioral challenges. PCIT enhances behavior and strengthens the parent-child relationship through live coaching and skill-building. Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices that empower families and build on each child’s strengths.

Dr. Moore works with:
• Families seeking psychological evaluations for children and adolescents, addressing concerns such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, learning disorders, emotional challenges, and behavioral concerns.
• Families seeking PCIT therapy for children with behavioral and emotional concerns to support the child’s emotional and behavioral regulation, social skills, and coping skills, and to improve the family’s overall emotional well-being.

Dr. Moore does not accept insurance, but she does accepts FSA and HSA funds and provides superbills for families pursuing insurance reimbursement.
